RITZ CRACKER COOKIES

Ingredients:

1 can (15oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped pecans

cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes--it will get thick--stir constantly--be careful
scorches easily.

Spread on Ritz crackers
place on cookie sheet

Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees

Cool completely.

Frosting: 1/4 cup melted butter (note: I double the frosting recipe; much better)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt
