Blueberry Salad

3oz raspberry jello
21 oz can blueberry pie filling
1 small can crushed pineapple (no drained)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese (softened)

dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water
stir in pie filling and pineapple
refrigerate until set
Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar mix well
spread on top of set mixture and top with nuts

Tex Mex Platter Dip

2 cans bean dip
2 cans avocado dip
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives.

Mix mayonaise, sour cream and taco seasoning.
Use a large platter or cake plate.
Spread a thin layer of bean dip, top with a layer of avocado dip, a layer of mayonaise mixture, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and
sliced lives.
Chill.
Serve as a dip with tostitoes or corn chips.

Pudding Pie

Crust:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter melted
Press in 9 x 13 pan
Cook @ 350 for 15 minutes ( I like to double the crust)
then cool

Step 2:

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
stir well then add
1 cup cool whip

Step 3:

1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cup cold milk mix in pudding
pour over cream cheese

Step 4:

Put in cool whip on top
Sprinkle with chopped nuts

refrigerate

(still in the works. Reading what my mom wrote makes this seem a bit more difficult)

Homemade Syrup

(Grandma Fillmore)

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup of water
1/4 of maple flavoring (or any flavoring you would like for syrup)

heat on medium until sugar disolves

French Toast

2 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of cinamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

mix really good
heat frying pan at medium
melt butter in pan
Dip slice of bread in egg mixture & cover both sides
Put in frying pan & cook both sides

Banana Bread

(Rachel Troxell)

1 3/4 cup of Flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (set aside)

beat 2 eggs
1/2 cup of Shortening
2/3 cup of sugar

mash 2 large banana's
add together
bake @ 350 for 45 minutes to an hour

Butter Rolls

(Grandma Fillmore)

2 pkg yeast in 1/4 cup warm water

Let stand while mixing

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup warm water
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon salt

add 4 1/2 cups of flour
Let stand in bowl in refrigerator overnight
Roll our on flour surface
Cut & place in pan
Let rise 2-3 hours (cover pan while rising)
Bake @ 400 for 10 minutes
