Banana Bread

(Rachel Troxell)

1 3/4 cup of Flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (set aside)

beat 2 eggs
1/2 cup of Shortening
2/3 cup of sugar

mash 2 large banana's
add together
bake @ 350 for 45 minutes to an hour
