STUFFED SHELLS

Ingredients:

Large noodle shells
1 lb hamburger
1 large cottage cheese (4%)
2 small onions chopped
Parmesian cheese (about 1 cup)
Mozzarella cheese shredded 12 to 16 oz
Ricotta cheese (small)

either use jar sauce or use 1 large can of chopped tomatoes, 1 can tomatoe sauce, 1 small can tomatoe paste.
season with Italian seasoning

Brown hamburger in skillet, put in chopped onions, and chopped green peppers If you like; cook until tender;
add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Put jar sauce or chopped tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and I can tomatoe paste in hamburger mix.

Cook shells according to box instructions at minimum amount of time. Drain and rinse with cold water, drain.

mix cheeses; & finely chopped onions in bowl;
Fill cooked shells with cheese mixture.

Layer small amount sauce in bottom of 9X 11 pan; place filled shells in pan; cover with sauce mixture; sprinkle with
shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
