Preheat oven to 375, cooking time is 45 minutes
10-12 potatoes (red medium sized)
1 8oz pk cream cheese
1 8oz of sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
paprika
Peel and cook the potatoes. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add hot mashed potatoes and beat til smooth. Spread in a buttered casserole (deep) and sprinkle with paprika. Dot with butter and bake.
You can make this in advance and freeze (thaw before baking) or a day ahead and refrigerate.
