Fudge Crispies

1 pkg 11 1/2 oz milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 cup shifted powdered sugar
4 cup rice crispies

combine chocolate, butter, corn syrup over low heat until smooth. Remove.
stir in vanilla $ sugar
add rice crispies
mix lightly
grease 13 x 9 pan
spread evenly
chill
